In the Shadow of the Great Wall: Climbing in Baihe Valley

A mere 2 hours from the bustling metropolis from Beijing is a winding river gorge, called Baihe (“White River”). The tiver gorge has so many sport crags that stretch for miles down the gorge. There are a few trad lines, too. Even so, there are many, many cliffbands that have yet to be touched by climbers!
