Dylan Barnard, Tavis Barr, and I ventured into this unique mountain range in China's Henan Province to investigate myths of a climber's paradise: 200-meter sandstone cliffs topped by steep mountains ATOP the cliffs made of completely different stone! The trip began with some area recon and culminated in out team's first ascent of a new route, "Weibo （微薄) Paparazzi" (5.9+, 3 pitches). Area information will be up soon on our Mountain Info page!
